TIP$TER projects the safe, sustainable retirement budget that a tax-deferred portfolio fully invested in Treasury Invested Protected Securities (TIPS) would support. Then, it projects and compares the volatile range of retirement budgets that a diversified portfolio would support.

How to generate reports with TIP$TER PRO

TIP$TER PRO includes two extra worksheets – a "Reporting Tool" worksheet and a "Report" worksheet:

Before trying to generate a report, configure all of the client's inputs.  Then open up TIP$TER's Asset Allocation Risk/Reward Chart and run a complete simulation.

After completing the simulation, click on the "Reporting Tool" tab.  Enter your client's name (or clients' names), your name, and the name of your advisory firm.

Next, click on the "Format Report" tab:

Now, click on the "Report" tab.  Review the report text.  If you find the information suitable, print out the report.

You can – if you choose – edit the report.  But most of the report entries are generated by Excel formulas.  For this reason, TIP$TER will discard all changes you make to the report every time you run a new simulation.  (Every time you run a new Asset Allocation Risk/Reward Spectrum Chart simulation, TIP$TER deletes the existing "Report" worksheet" and generates a new "Report" worksheet using a hidden "ReportTemplate" worksheet).
